Lovely location close to restaurants made it easy to get to key attractions. The staff were both really friendly and amazingly kind.

Really enjoyed this really great stay during our visit. The staff was unobtrusive, the breakfast was great, everything was very easy. We was surprised with the double room. The bathroom was beautiful, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The setting was marvellous and handy, next to Dundee and the surrounding areas as well as the public areas.

The location is excellent, in a lovely neighbourhood. A guest room with a very comfy bed has basic facilities you need.

It was immaculately clean with outstandingly accommodating staff. Well laid out room and comfy bed so I slept well. The breakfast spread was delicious and marvellous.

The staff was polite, welcoming, and responded promptly to requests. Our accommodation was set in a central location close enough to green circular cycle route, good for cyclists, Close to local shops bars and resteraunts on the Perth Road. Ate at Chen's Chinese Takeaway, it's not too far from the venue.

Facilities were useful, however Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Had really really nice stay during our visit. The employees of the hotel were extremely polite and really accommodating. Everything was amazing, we can just recommend.

I loved having delicious and exceptionally good breakfast for the large dish of fruit. The rooms were pleasantly decorated and stocked with good beds, lovely breakfast plus tea bags etc. The location was magnificent, at a walking distance from Victoria Park. The property was walk from the train station.
